There are many people calling themselves patriots that believe they're free as things stand and will defend their masters to the last. Patriotism today is more often than not the worship of the god called government... having nothing to do with Natural Law or freedom.
Beware of the beliefs of others and their motives... just because they call themselves patriots, doesn't mean they love freedom and will die defending it. From my experience, the only things most people will defend is their own; they'll only join in a common effort if that effort will better protect THEIR ****. The freedom and property of others is of no concern unless they're intimately connected to them in some manner.
There are very few of us in the world today that prioritize the freedom and property of others equally with our own, because we understand that threats to your property is also a threat to mine. Threats to your children are also threats to mine. Threats to your freedom is a threat to mine as well.
Truthfully, you will discover that everyone on this earth is intimately connected to each other... we are all family.
