Creamy Crock-Pot Cocoa

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Heavy whipping cream
(1) 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk
6 c. Milk
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Chocolate chips 1/2 unsweetened

Best hot cocoa in the world

Recipe

Pour all ingredients into Crock-Pot and whisk together until well combined. Cover and cook on low for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted. Whisk well before serving. Garnish as desired (which means MARSHMALLOWS of course!)
