In the fall of 1620, four hundred years ago, the Mayflower reached Plymouth Harbor. Seeking freedom from the oppression of government and the church of England, the Pilgrims abandoned their homeland and risked their lives on a dangerous sea crossing to settle here in the good 'ol US of A. Let's try to remember this Thanksgiving to give thanks to God for all those then and now who were and are willing to risk their reputation and fortunes to defend religious freedom.
Thank you Mr. President for leading the good God-fearing citizens of the USA into the most prosperous and peaceful era in recent history.
