As I read this scripture today, I saw it from a New Covenant perspective - those who put their trust in YEHOVAH (The LORD) will obtain NEW LIFE, they will have a NEW PERSPECTIVE, will RUN THEIR RACE AND WIN, and will WALK BY FAITH WITH YESHUA/JESUS.
Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
