I saw my wet soaked ballot that had dried. I sent it October 21st because I couldn't get off of work to vote. it was postmarked November 5th. Rejected because it was late. where was it between 21st and the 5th? I wish I knew and why did it have a dried wet spot. Guess some Jerk pissed on it and threw it aside.
Guess where I work? hint: has to do with sending envelopes....
