SUPREME COURTS ACCEPTS TEXAS LAWSUIT AGAINST MICHIGAN, WISCONSIN, PENNSYLVANIA AND GEORGIA.
Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow : The Supreme Court has now OFFICIALLY DOCKETED the case filed by Texas against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. This means the case will be heard before the Supreme Court. IMO, this is a case that will be tried on "equal protection under the Law". It will in effect sidestep the political argument regarding votes, and will set the stage for either decertifying the votes of the 4 states or force their respective Legislatures to name Electors based on their perception of the will of the people: this was the case we have been waiting for . This is great news for Trump!
In other good news, Arizona looks to be the first state Legislature that will override the certification of votes by its Governor AND Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and South Dakota JOIN Texas lawsuit challenging election procedures in MICHIGAN, WISCONSIN, PENNSYLVANIA AND GEORGIA!!! #fightforamerica #righteousnessshallprevail
