I was doing some reading about the Tribulation. Deception abounds today more than it ever has in our lifetime. Not sure if I'm happy or sad about it. We know that these things are spoken in prophecy and must come to pass. Everything is about Faith now more than ever before. Doubt gives to fear and more doubt. Faith gives to Joy and stronger Faith.
The neutral space between The Truth and deception is quickly narrowing. Less people standing in the middle than ever before. There are people in my life that have fallen onto the side of deception. People that once loved The Truth now given wholly to deception. So much that they separate themselves from my company and erase me from their hearts.
The polarization is astounding! What Christ spoke of them is true. Having eyes they will not see. Having ears they will not hear. How then can they profess that good is evil and evil is good? With evil stand they, saying that it is good? These then are they spoken of by Paul to the Thessalonians. The body that they inhabit is given to unrighteousness and they (their spirit) now sleeps.
1 Thessalonians 4, 13-18
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
