This guy is amazing. He is showing the panel in the state of Georgia how the ballots in the mostly republican area had barcodes in the upper righthand corner and the democrat areas didn't. More disturbing the republican votes has a messed up scan code at the bottom so the voting machine would automatically reject the ballot so it had to be judicated which means someone in a back room redid your ballot. The democratic areas area the code on the paper were line up to accept the vote.
