Every Republican in the battle ground states that do not advocate for the calling of a Electoral special session as laid out by the Constitution needs to be gone. They don't need anyone's permission to do it. It's laid out in the Constitution and they all know it. They are leaving it up to Vice President Mike Pence not to count the fraudulent electors when they know full well it's their duty
