for and is paid by "we the people". As a former business owner, I remember what I did with an employee who told me he was "watching paint dry". I don't think we the people should have to pay people to waste time. Since we can't count on elections any longer to "fire" them, perhaps we should just stop cutting them a paycheck on April 15th. The IRS can get some of us, but not all of us. Those of us they don't catch can help those they do. At least we won't be paying Congress to punish us for having a patriotic and moral compass.
