Impeaching Trump Will not work, at best the process would begin on the 21st, the day AFTER he left office. You cannot impeach a FORMER President (Remember Nixon?) Second the 25th Amendment only applies if a President is MEDICALLY incapacitated for office. Does not apply to Trump.
