QR code inventor and election fraud witness Jovan Pulitzer said over 300 thousand mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania were not handled by the USPS.
In a recent interview, Pulitzer said Pennsylvania election officials counted 300 thousand ballots more than the number of ballots processed by the USPS in that state.
He added this may suggest those ballots were delivered by an unauthorized party and could be illegitimate.
