This may sound conspiratorial, but I'm literally reading a law and the events that happened, yesterday. You should question everything, but it all adds up to me.
This is the Insurrection Act (Chapter 13 under Title 10: Military Forces, Subtitle A - General Military Law, Part 1 - Organization and General Military Powers):
In the top banner, where it's beige, if you click "Next" twice, to move two pages over (remaining in Chapter 13), you'll see the most recent order. If you compare that order with what's happening in DC right now (Trump declared that an emergency exists in Washington DC, yesterday, sending FEMA to the district - that declaration is in the comments), you can see that it matches up.
It also just so happens to coincide with the "mistake" that happened, yesterday, when an "anti-trumper employee" posted that President Trump's last day was 1/11 (that photo is in the comments).
