Inventor and election fraud witness Jovan Pulitzer said over 300 thousand mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania were not handled by the USPS. In a recent interview, Pulitzer said Pennsylvania election officials counted 300 thousand ballots more than the number of ballots processed by the USPS in that state.
