Well to kick off my first post here it is a fb memory prompt of my Dad who passed away this summer.. I was choked up seeing this prompt on fb but fitting this be the first post of many to come about my Dad I transfer here, I will share breathtaking photos of how close he was so to death, a skeleton under skin.. This photo was shared to fb after meeting up with him and mom at a Chinese Buffet at the start of Covid.
I was amazed at his weight he put on and even walked in on his own, when he left my home he just started day two of rehab and hadn't walked for many months in the hospital and in the hospital bed at my home. I was stunned in such a happy way, still no signs of cancer, it vanished.
The hospital gave up on him and just threw in the towel that he was going to die and I should accept it.. I fought them, then took him home with me and with Gods help he went back home to my step mom after a few short months with no chemo.. His doctors stated I saved his life and a miricle but it was God and his will live..
After Covid struck he passed away but got a new lease on life with a gift of more happy times.
R.I.P Dad I'm packing up your bags on fb and bringing your story here.
