My question are; Is this a military coup? Are the military leaders engaged in illegal insurrection and preparing to stop the people from exercising their right to remove a government that no longer serves the constitution or the people? Every active duty member of our military must decide, if they choose to support our President and the law or the Joint Chiefs that have exceeded their legal authority.
Only the President can declare or end Martial Law and invoke or end the Insurrection Act authority. While Martial Law or the Insurrection Act are active, the constitution is suspended and the President remains President until it is lifted by the President by law. The Joint Chiefs do not have any authority to determine what is insurrection or by whom, only the President can, and they falsely claim it was Trump supporters, even with the evidence and FBI Report that stated Antifa and BLM planned the violence weeks in advance. They cannot decide they accept the contested results of a corrupt election and allow Biden to be sworn in on January 20th. Under the Insurrection Act the military must follow Trumps orders by law or be dismissed and held themselves for insurrection.
