The WHO issued new COVID testing recommendations the day after Biden was inaugurated. It states that if "test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested." In other words, if a person tests positive but is asymptomatic they should be tested again. This will result in one of two things. Either case count will fall dramatically and the media will credit Biden with saving the world from a pandemic, or the death count will rise, which will be used by the Biden administration for more draconian overreach.
