Somebody help me out here. I'm confused about this "codifying Roe vs. Wade" thing. What does it mean in practical terms? It was still a SCOTUS ruling and overturning it or not will still be an open question
for SCOTUS to decide, regardless of what they "codify", correct? Anything they "codify" would be tossed as well, since the legislative branch can't overrule SCOTUS. Just another gimmick?
