So the Dems say it is Constitutional to impeach a former President based on the impeachment of the former Secretary of War back in the 1800's.
When I looked it up the reason given by the House that said they could do it was that THEY said they could. No Court decision, no SCOTUS decision, just they said they could.
That DOES NOT make it Constitutional just because it wasn't challenged by the defendant way back then.
