There is a thing called a Quo Warranto. It’s not used often in courts, but a person sitting on a city council in some obscure town used it to get a guy who had ran and won a seat on the her city council ousted. He didn’t live in the town that he was sitting on the city council for. Which makes me wonder if Maxine Waters or Nancy Pelosi even live in the areas that they “represent”? Would a Quo Warranto be a way to remove them?
