He oughta move to Texas. We would welcome him with open arms. He's a Texas-size character anyway. Just don't move to Dallas or Houston. Even Texans don't like to live in those places unless they just have to. Fort Worth is a real Texas city, but I'd recommend San Antonio. It's a real military town. Some of the signs posted where you enter the city say that in so many words.
