As I close out my evening in prayer, the Lord brought a scripture to me. The title my Bible gave this chapter, was timely.
"The Remnant Encouraged and Exhorted"
"Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, Who seek the Lord: Look to the rock from which you were hewn and the quarry from which you were dug."
Isaiah 51:1
The true believers, the faithful ones are the Remnants. We will be the one's standing when God begins to sift the tares from the wheat.
Keep your heads up and eyes forward as the Lord begins to move. Look to the Lord, He is the rock on which we stand.
He has called us to be salt and light to the world. We are to shine the light of Jesus to a dying world, and bring flavor to a world that needs taste. Salt not only adds flavor, but preserves as well.
Stay strong and courageous, as our Lord is with us!
