So cold - our city tried to initiate "Rolling Blackouts" every 90 minutes - then off for 15 or 20 - problem was they couldn't get the power to come back on after the shutdown - so resulted in power out for 3 hours - then back on for 45 minutes then off again - very erratic. Going to be a long cold night in Texas.
