1ST MEAL == brown rice w/ diced onions cooked in 1 pot then next pot add 3 cups of shredded carrots n 1 cup of lentils n curry n diced potatoes ... yummy one of my favorite meals

2ND MEAL == diced TO 1/4 INCH carrots, rutabagas, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, potatoes, steamed and then add to corn tortillas
PINK SALT AND MAYBE CAYENNE PEPPER
