Who agrees that America was never ment to be federalised?
Yes in the pledge of allegiance it speaks on one nation, how ever we sometime forget that statments are metiphorical not literal. If you look at the American revolution and the years befor it when the 13 colonies were being established, it is quite evident that the colonies were sovereign territories and so is every stste that enters the union. Key word union!. The United States of America, is a union of sovereign territories that unite under a common flag and set core beliefs. Don't forget each state has it's own state flag, constitution and governing structure. Anyone understand my perspective here? If not let me know and lets discuss the topic further.
