Devotional Thought:
In my devotions this morning, I read this admonishment and thought it was a good one for all who follow Christ.
"As each one has received a gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God." ~ 1 Peter 4:10
Serving one another is easy when the "service" is prestigious or attracts the applause of an audience. Serving one another becomes more real when it is hidden from the view of others. Jesus said, "Take care not to practice your righteousness in the sight of people, to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven." ~ Matthew 6:1 - Taken from "31 ways to be A 'One Another' Christian" - Dr. Stuart Scott & S.
