The six main sections that I cover about marriage are these, and they represent the 6 main chapters of the book: 1. The headship of the husband, especially as compared to Christ heading the Church, and God the Father heading God the Son. 2. The submission of the wife, especially as compared to the Church submitting to Christ and God the Son submitting to God the Father. 3. The role of the homemaker, which details the importance of the wife’s work in keeping the home and caring for the children. 4. The lifelong nature of the marriage covenant, which is a union separated only by death. 5. The importance of bearing children and of providing them a Christian upbringing, education and environment. 6. The free sharing of physical intimacy in marriage, or “free love” as I call it.
