Mighty effective tool. Doesn't hurt the bottom but stings terribly. Really gets their attention. Didn't need to use it much. Once or twice caused them to decide it was a better choice to be good kids. They would be the first to tell you. I might add, they all turned out to be mighty exemplary people!
