I never thought I would see the day that our President would threaten and attack patriotic, conservative Christians as a “foundational threat to our democracy”. MAGA people are traditional, God fearing, law abiding, peaceful people. President Biden’s speech was a disgrace. I hope we remember this when we vote.
We are not the ones pushing radical social changes.
As a Conservative Christian, I pray that those who think like us continue to be peaceful in our actions while actively standing for our rights and beliefs in the midst of an ever increasingly hostile social environment. The constant attacks on our moral and ethical standards are often discouraging, but violence should never be our answer. Prayer and our own good behavior speaks louder than the riots and the violence done by the other side. Never return evil with evil, but do justly and it will heap hot coals of shame on those who’s god is violence.
