The Mystery of the Shemitah
I was rereading Jonathan Cahn’s book The Mystery of the Shemitah and discovered two prophecies implied concerning America’s judgment. On page 149 Cahn says the kingdom of Judah was destroyed and the land was depopulated. If America follows that pattern, America will be depopulated. On page 244 Cahn states a belief that there will be famine in the land.
According to Cahn, God’s judgment on a nation comes in stages of seven year increments and 28 year cycles.
If we begin in 2001 at Sept 11, then we move to the 2008 stock market crash, then to 2015 moral calamity of Gay Marriage, and in 2022, the beginning of famine in America and the many untimely Covid Vax deaths. Cahn states that the judgements that begin in the Shemitah year will accelerate in the months following and sometimes years following. In light of this, I believe America is in its last seven year period before it’s final year 28 judgment, unless the Lord Jesus cuts that time short and comes again before that. We will see.
