Normally, Shifu had the class due one session of Swimming Dragon before a round of his regular Tai Chi class and other exercises. Chinese hold that prevention is better than correction. Also, Swimming Dragon is used in Chinese "beauty" and "beautiful arm" routines, though that effect is not seen on me.
