Some of the more recognizable ones are listed in the image below.

The blueprint was published by the ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—œ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, a group of 27 US companies, including Mastercard, Equifax, AT&T, and more.

The group either wants to stop the worry about ID fraud or to profit from preventing ID fraud by

However, experts are warning that, "we are not simply establishing an identity to access basic social services. Digital IDs will become necessary to function in a connected digital world.

This has not escaped the attention of

Digital ID systems, as they are being developed today, are ripe for exploitation and abuse, ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—บ๐˜€ and democracies. "
