I have to give USA Power-Lifting credit in that they are at least showing themselves to have regard for the welfare of their female athletes and a desire to preserve the integrity of women’s sports which is more than what can be said for a lot of other athletic organizations and programs.
Whether or not they are willing to take their case all the way up to SCOTUS or not remains to be seen and for the sake of their female athletes, I hope they do, but if not or if SCOTUS should rule against USA Power Lifting, then for those of you ladies who love to power-lift, I would suggest forming your own exclusive power-lifting organization designed exclusively for women and I mean biological women only.
