YES - I ship to your local FFL (Federally Licensed firearms dealer). I'm a full service FFL so all rules and State/Federal regulations do apply. Incoming transfers are $25, background checks are $10 (where required by law) because that's what the Government charges me, and shipping charges are on you unless otherwise stated.
