The 6th Amendment gives defendants the right to a speedy trial. Two attorneys looking into the 2020 election fraud have requested a speedy trial, but now DA Willis states she will violate their legal rights to discovery, evidence, witnesses and trial date notice.
She cites several cases to justify these violations that have nothing to do with her violations in an attempt to further delay the right to a speedy trial.
