As a former motivational speaker, speaking to a couple of hundred people should be exhilarating and fun. I work a room naturally and never met a stranger. Yet, somehow, this event telegraphed another change in God's plan.
This wasn't my first rodeo.
Seasons change in an orderly manner because we serve a God of balance and order. In the midst of change you may acquire an unexpected new skill or lose one you've accepted as permanent.
Apparently, my skill set has changed.
