I have been allegedly violating 'community standards' on Facebook lately. I've been banned completely from interacting with people for anywhere from 24 hours up to a week at least three times this year and have been partially banned by not being able to click on emojis more times than I can count in the last year. What is going on?

I don't intentionally post radical or inflammatory things on my own wall and I don't intentionally threaten or demean people in my comments on their posts. I rarely ever mention anything about politics or current events any more. Heck, I usually avoid those topics. I post about videogames and tabletop games, gardening, places I've visited, and things like that.

The only thing I can think of is that I speak my mind and write what I honestly think about things. I don't check to see what the politically correct catch phrases this week are. Nor, do I check to see who the current taste makers and influencers are so that I can echo what they say. I am authentically me. Maybe I'm just offensive to the current Facebook people and/or algorithms in and of myself. If most of the people I know didn't prefer to communicate with me via FB, I would leave it.
