Well, I just proved that the "little guy" can beat the "big guy". After I sent a stern email to Wordpress for shutting down my No Thought Police website demanding that they give me proof of what terms of service I broke I received this email today:
"Thank you for getting in touch. Your site was flagged by our automated anti-spam controls. We have reviewed your site and have removed the suspension notice.
Please be sure to clear your browser's cache and, if necessary, restart the browser:
We apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused."
This proves that if we are not afraid to stand up and speak out instead of just accepting it and hiding in a corner somewhere that we can win!
