USA is NOT a Corporation! (the 1871 Act made the land of DC into on corporation, from being a city and a county and other things, not the government)
A corporation must be filed in some corporate public records somewhere, and there is no federal corporations or list, since all corporations are registered in the States. There is no listing anywhere that states that the US government is a corporation. Even if there was one it would contradict the US Constitution and would be struck down as illegal and nullified, since that says the Congress and the President run the US government legally.
