I just returned home from 1 month vollunteering with Samaritans Purse in Vidor Texas. What a wonderfull time it was helping home owners get their homes ready for restoration, removing wet and molding items, sheetrock, nails and screws, spraying to kill mold and encouraging them. It was amazing seeing the change in people that had given up on God, the Church, and life.One one of the last days there an man stopped at the church we were staying at and stated he had driven by use every day But after passing by that day God had stopped him and had him come nback and pray for us. He stated that the pressence of the Holy Spirit was so strong evey time he drove by us. Anyone that has some spare time consider signing up to work wit Samaritans Purse for a few days or more.
