What a lot of news media will not tell you is when President Trump went to parden Eddie Gallagher, Spencer went over Def. Sec Esper and went to President Trump and wanted Trump to not pardon Gallagher. President said no to Spencer and Spencer never cleared it with Esper. Esper didn't know Spencer went to president until president told him. This is another example of people thinking they have more power than their position. Oh, and to those who have a problem with President Trump pardoning someone. No one had a problem with obama releasing a few terrorists who are now back on the battlefield.
