OK - looking to see what suggestions others may have on keto friendly meals that can be quickly created, packed and taken to work or grabbed for breakfast / lunch "on the run".
Suggestions? one thing I've found is a Quik Trip sausage without the bun. It's all protein and fat (I know-not the BEST protein and fat but... :-) ) and it doesn't move the needle on my blood sugar one whit either...
Ok yes - I'm a type II diabetic so keto has been perfect for me these last couple of weeks...
