Joe Biden is falling apart mentally, and the deterioration seems to be accelerating. At this point, I actually feel sorry for the poor fool.
The DNC is in a bind. If Joe becomes unable to function, they may well find themselves stuck with that angry old Communist, Bernie, as their POTUS candidate.
I suspect that the DNC will do whatever they can to get Joe to their Convention standing up where some serious brokering will take place. If Joe can hold on, the DNC will put a strong VP candidate on that team and manipulate their rules to let the VP candidate take over if or when Joe winds up in diapers.
The brokering could put Hillary on the ticket so that she can take over if or when Joe ceases to function.
