WE ARE THE ELECT
(2 Timothy 2:1 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
(2 Timothy 2:11) It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
(2 Timothy 2:12) If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
(2 Timothy 2:13) If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
So why is it hard to except that we go to heaven when He comes for us like He says in Mat 24:27. He goes with us all the way and nothing shall separate us from the love of God.
Are we supposed to think Jesus didn’t know Paul would call the Jews and the Gentiles, 2 different Saved people, the same name if we weren’t the same in Christ. We are the same people in Mat 24:24 and 2 Timothy 2:10. And we all are in Jesus when we abide in Him. So, this Scripture applies to us all.
(Mat 24:21) For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
(Mat 24:22) And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
