Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Psalm 100:2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before His presence with singing.

Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handywork.

Colossans 1:17-18 And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

Psalm 138:8 The LORD will fulfill [His purpose] for me; your love, O LORD, endures forever — do not abandon the works of your hands.

Colossians 3:23-25 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we live by faith, not by sight.

May you be aware that those things which are not known to others are known to the Lord and that the struggles and the sins that are your own are covered by His blood and overcome by His Spirit as you acknowledge them and accept His guidance, as you are nourished from the Word of God and strengthened by the exercise of prayer, looking to Jesus, Who is the Author and Finisher of your faith. Leviticus 15

May you ever remember that you are flesh and have inherited sin and unrighteousness, and that you are called to come before God Who is spirit and dwells in righteousness and holiness. Never forget that your right standing with God is imputed to you, daily, regularly, continually, by the love that leads you to embrace His Son, Jesus Christ, Who has made you accepted before the Father. Leviticus 16

May you study the Word of God and learn the power therein so that you may distinguish by the Spirit the dead letter upon which man's traditions are built and the living, broken Bread which gives life and brings honor to the name of Christ as it demonstrates the compassion of the Father for others. Mark 7

May you be cleansed and made pure by all that comes from the heart of God, rather than polluted and unfit for God by all that comes from the heart of man. Mark 7

My child, know Me by seeking Me. Do not be preoccupied with doing good things, but by simply being with Me. Performing good deeds will not change you, My loved one, but you can not avoid being changed when you come into My presence.
Wait on Me, and when I send you, you will be effectual. Hear Me, not just in words, but in the flow of compassion and mercy, of gentle encouragement that reveals how I treasure you. I will then hear you when, using the same spirit and the same heart you have seen in Me, you ask for the needs of someone that I have sent you to.
Do not do charitable deeds out of your own heart. Many do so, but I did not send them and My love did not motivate them, and I will not recognize them.
Know Me, abide in Me, become lost in Me, make Me your focus, your goal, your purpose, the source of your strength, the motivation of your heart, the reason for your praise. Then, when I send you, you will be doing My will in My power for My kingdom as a testimony to My grace.
I do not look on the hands to see what they do, but I look on the heart to see why it is done. Make Me your “why.”

May you recognize your only hope is to be in the Lord's love and faithfulness, for without His tender mercies you perish from the problems far too big for you to solve, piled higher than your head, and your sins, too many to count, will cause you to be ashamed to look up as your heart quails within you. Psalm 40

May the Lord rescue you as He comes to help you by turning around all those who are trying to destroy you, confusing them and disgracing the scoffers as He sends them sprawling in utter failure. Psalm 40

May the joy of the Lord be given to everyone who loves Him and His salvation, who constantly exclaim, “How great God is!” Psalm 40

May the Lord, Who is thinking about you right now, come quickly and save you without delay, for though you are poor and weak, the Lord God is your Savior. Psalm 40

May you be as the wise man who holds his tongue, lest you find sorrow and trouble as a fool who blurts out everything he knows. Proverbs 10:14

May you be as a man with common sense who is admired as a counselor, lest you be beaten as a servant like those without it. Proverbs 10:13
