What is brand experience?

The way this post framed brand experience as everything a customer sees, hears, and feels really stuck with me.

 We were focusing way too much on our website look and not enough on things like customer support tone or post-purchase experience. It made me realize that brand experience is shaped by every little interaction—not just the marketing stuff. I’ve started thinking what is brand experience of our product UX as part of our branding now.
