Basic fares allow free changes more than 60 days out, $49 for changes 7–59 days beforehand, and $99 within six days or same-day. Economy, Premium, Business bundles, and BizFare include complimentary changes. Passengers owe any fare difference when upgrading, with no credit for lower-priced options. Cancellations yield travel credits minus applicable fees, and no-shows forfeit all value.
