Hello I'm new here and I've got a question regarding combat training. As efficiency has never really been my forte, I was hoping that someone here could help me out. I'm hoping to OSRS Gold join members shortly and I would like to get my maximum out of combat (I've been a member for quite a while now, and am not sure why I haven't done this yet.Is it more beneficial to be able to fight at the highest level while getting 99 slayer or is it better to build up the skill at bandits or spiders?

I understand it is more profitable to use the slayer method, however it can take much longer which is time that could be used for other profit-making methods. Also, if you wouldn't mind, what would be the most effective setup (preferable less than 20 million) for the technique you're suggesting. At the end of the day, is your training really just about your preference?

You don't need the finest material to train, the advantages are just few % and you don't have to train via Slayer also. The idea of training Slayer is based on high-level players looking back , and saying, "meh, wish I had trained Slayer Now I'm already 138 and I have 10 more levels to go ...". Slayer has two benefits that are:

Every time you kill something, it's different. It is possible to cancel a mission to avoid killing something. The disadvantages is that eventually you'll tire of it also, and you can only block five monsters. Some monsters aren't ideal for training combat.

I would recommend that you train through Slayer at RuneScape Gold 2007 all times But you've read the details, so it's that's up to you. When it comes to recommended equipment the Black Mask or a Slayer Helm is a must. Beyond that, you'll only need whips (or the savage weapon of Dungeoneerin).
