Nursing shortage and nurse’s turnover have proved being a worsening predicament in the healthcare industry in the United States. Studies indicate that, by the year 2020 it may worsen to approximately 30% when no strict measures are undertaken to solve the predicament.

In this paper, the author is highlighting the issues concerning the nursing shortage and the nurse turnover. It also discusses how they solve this issue differently and effectively by using applicable leadership and management theories. The aim of this paper is to analyze how the nursing management and the manager’s approaches or handling the sepsis bundle in the most appropriate time possible.

Sepsis care bundles.

Sepsis refers to a certain kind of syndrome with a severe magnitude, comprising of a wide range of clinical conditions that are adverse. These conditions manifest inform of negative fallouts of the body systematic responses to an assured infection. In respect to its multifactorial nature, this disorder has remained a rapid killer of millions of people in the world. Finally, the leadership group should measure the related outcomes to assess whether the changes effects in the delivery system are appropriate.

Therefore, any disease is in need of well-developed therapies that are effective, its abilities relies on clearly defining the disease as well as indentifying the target population of patients who in the end benefits from the intervention.
