I have used NBA 2K21's wonderful MyLeague function to simulate multiple seasons, and I found an interesting error in each simulation. For some reason, Dylan Windler continued to win the Rookie of the Year award. This is not an error. This continues to happen in NBA 2K MyLeagues, because currently only 2 or 3 players are technically considered rookies, at least until the 2020 draft category is added. In fact, players can easily get the best newcomers as long as they purchase NBA 2K21 MT.
Wendler missed the entire 2019-20 season due to injury, which means that he will still be a rookie in the 2020-21 season. Even if there are other rookies on my roster, they have no playing time, so unless the lineup is changed, Windler will win awards in the current state of NBA 2K21 by default.
I tried to replace Coby White of the Chicago Bulls with a rookie, and he started to win the award every year. The fact is that 2K can't even predict Windler will have surprising breakthrough performance. Literally, his average points per game for the award are less than average, and other statistics are insignificant.
This is interesting to me, but it may not tickle those who play MyLeague seriously and want real experience and rewards. Admittedly, this is a pretty good game field, but I still hope that it can fix the 2K bug in the upcoming patch. Needless to say, I and other next-generation gamers hope that these errors will not spread on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X.
Although NBA 2K21 is significantly different from its predecessor in several ways. The game still looks great, the reviews are still top-notch, and many of the same battles that might have happened in the previous version still exist. Now, players can purchase NBA 2K21 MT For Sale to enhance their strength in the game.
